God’s Refinery – Behold He Comes Quickly

Beloved friends, please don’t live your life as if there is no end in sight. The DAY is fast approaching; It will be a terrible day. The ‘sheep’ will be separated from the ‘goat.’ A day of chaos and worldwide turmoil. A trumpet like no other will be blown and a sound will be heard but it’s not the sound of music; only prepared ears will hear the sound and the great ‘catching up’ will take place. It will be sudden! In a moment, in the twinkle of an eye; all these will be over. The long wait will be brought to an end. The graves will burst open. The sea will give up their dead. Genuine believers driving on countless streets in the world will all disappear in an instant while vehicles are still in motion. Pandemonium every where. Husband and wife in bed, one will be taken and another will be left. It could happen on a beautiful Sunday morning when our churches will be crowded and the ‘powerful’ Man of God who have failed to tell his congregation the truth is left behind mopping and wailing with his congregation finding it difficult to believe. Planes dropping down from the skies because Christian pilot who are genuinely saved will disappear and the plane will left without navigation. ‘Countless millions have disappeared all over the world’ will be the breaking news everywhere.

God’s Refinery – Free to Soar

Did you ever play out in the open whilst growing up flying kites? Oh! It was great having fun using the wind to fly those kites. Multicolored creations of varying shapes and sizes filled the skies like beautiful birds darting and dancing in the heady atmosphere above the earth. As the strong winds gusted against the kites, a string kept them in check. Instead of blowing away with the wind, they arose against it to achieve great heights. They shook and pulled, but the restraining string and the cumbersome tail kept them in tow, facing upward and against the wind. As the kites struggled and trembled against the string, they seemed to say, “Let me go! Let me go! I want to be free!” They soared beautifully even as they fought the imposed restriction of the string. Finally, one of the kites succeeded in breaking loose. “Free at last” it seemed to say. “Free to fly with the wind.” Yet freedom from restraint simply put it at the mercy of an unsympathetic breeze. It fluttered ungracefully to the ground and landed in a tangled mass of weeds and string against a dead bush. “Free at last” free to lie powerless in the dirt, to be blown helplessly along the ground, and to lodge lifeless against the first obstruction. How much like kites we sometimes are.
